The PLF-501 Pneumatic Filler is a single-head unit designed to dispense 10–100 ml of low-viscosity liquid per stroke, with an adjustable fill volume. Similar to the PLF-500, it features semi-automatic operation. Whether the foot pedal is pressed briefly or held down, the machine will complete one full filling cycle per activation. During the cylinder’s recharging phase, filled bottles can be removed from beneath the nozzle and replaced with empty ones, ready for the next stroke.
