The PF-500 Pneumatic Filler is a single-head filling machine designed to dispense between 10–100 ml of low-viscosity liquid per stroke. The filling cycle is activated by pressing the foot pedal valve, which initiates the bottle filling stroke. When the pedal is released, the cylinder begins its recharging stroke. During this recharging phase, filled bottles can be removed from beneath the nozzles and replaced with empty ones in preparation for the next cycle.

Features

• The PLF-500 is equipped with an in-line 100-micron filter. The stainless steel filter element can be removed and washed when required.

• Capable of filling 30 ml bottles at a rate of approximately 7–10 per minute, and 100 ml bottles at around 4–5 per minute.

• Constructed with a heavy-duty, all stainless steel frame.

• Includes a setting gauge marked in 10 ml increments for simple and accurate stroke adjustment.

• Stainless steel non-return valves can be dismantled for cleaning if necessary.

• Filling and charging speeds can be adjusted independently for greater control.
