The VBC-1 Semi-Automatic Pneumatic Cleaning Device is designed for cleaning bottles and cosmetic containers using a semi-automatic pneumatic system.

Its two nozzles remove dry impurities from containers through a pneumatic vacuum air blow, ensuring effective internal cleaning before filling or packaging operations. The machine is equipped with a centering tool kit for the nozzles, compatible with standard FEA perfume bottle diameters as well as larger containers such as cream jars.

At the bottom of the device, a waste collection box with a transparent base allows operators to monitor collected debris without opening the machine. The waste collection box can be easily cleaned by blowing compressed air, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime.
